I love Whiskey, Here's a whiskey cocktail...Whiskey Grapefruit Sour.
- 45ml Whiskey
- 20ml Limoncello
- 30ml Lemon Juice
- 30ml Grapefruit Juice.
- Dash Sugar Syrup
- Dash Egg White (Optional).
Add all ingredients into shaker and shake, Strain onto ice and garnish with a twist of grapefruit rind.
The picture directly below shows the recipe with the egg white in it. The appearance is much nicer than without the egg white as it produces a nice foam on top and a stronger colour, however the egg white definently takes the edge off the 'sour' concept of the drink. That's why I much prefer the recipe without the egg white (two pictures down.)
