This drink was created through my own impulse to use the rum's I owned. I'm not a big fan of rum at all and only really use it for making mojito's...Mandarum.
- 30ml Coruba Jamaica Rum
- 15ml Bacardi Oro
- 15ml Cointreau
- Juice of one mandarin
- 10ml Lemon juice
- Dash of Agnostora bitters
Add Coruba and lemon juice to the glass, muddle mandarin in shaker, add the remaining ingredients with ice and shake. Fill the glass with ice and strain contents of the shaker over the ice, carefully for a layered effect. Serve with a swizzle stick.
EDIT: Sugar-coating the rim with the juice of a mandarin would be a great way to present the drink!
